She helped me to purchase a ring that my wife loves even better than the original, all while I was away on travel to Europe. Shurla went far above what I would expect from any retail sales person, following up both by email and phone, including calling me from her home phone to make sure I received the ring, which she sent to me via expres mail to ensure it arrived prior to the holidays. I just wanted to commend Antonio Garcia on his great customer service! My fiance and I went to the
Fullerton store to fix a problem that had been troubling us with an engagement ring he purchased. I was very nervous about the situation because I didn’t know how we would be treated. Antonio took the time with us to see to it that we were highly satisfied customers. He exceeded our expectations in fixing the problem, and I can honestly say I walked out of the store feeling like a huge burden had been lifted. Antonio took the time to listen to our story, which ultimately helped in creating a fair solution. In my opinion, this was an exemplary demonstration of how customer service should be – he should be so proud of himself for not judging us or disregarding us in any way. My husband and I celebrated our tenth wedding anniversary this past New Year’s Eve. He wanted to give me a beautiful anniversary ring that would become my new wedding ring. I was referred to Robbins Bros. by a friend who recently got engaged. As soon as we walked into the Mission Viejo store, we were immediately greeted and assigned a salesperson named Jenny. Jenny helped us pick out an absolutely beautiful ring! The service we received from Jenny was awesome! She was so patient and never rushed us as we made our decision. She seemed to know exactly the kind of ring I was looking for and was very professional and knowledgeable. We were in the store on the Friday before New Year’s Eve, and my husband was able to pick up my ring on Sunday, which was New Year’s Eve!
